To unlock Magdalene you must have seven or more red heart containers on a character in one run. Magdalene is the second character of the game. You will also unlock the following items that are not tied to specific achievements but still count towards Real Platinum God -ДЇor beating Mom's Heart on Hard Mode - Lost Baby (co-op character)ДЇor beating Greed Mode - Lil' Chest (Afterbirth)ДЇor beating Greedier Mode - D1 (Afterbirth+)ДЇor beating Hush - Fart Baby (Afterbirth)ДЇor beating Mega Satan - Cry Baby (Afterbirth, co-op character)ДЇor beating Delirium - D Infinity (Afterbirth+)ДЇor getting all Hard Mode checks on post-it note - Buddy Baby (Afterbirth, co-op character) - Can be done in Afterbirth prior to getting Afterbirth+ When/if you change the D6 out for another item is up to you and is a judgement call you will learn to make as you go through the game.ДЄs you make progress through the game with Isaac you will unlock the following achievements and items.
